FEMA failure Michael Brown hired as consultant to... FEMA!

Instead of paying feeble former FEMA fool Michael Brown to figure out what went wrong with Katrina, wouldn't it just be cheaper to do a real investigation, and subpoena him?

And use the money now being paid to him for something different, like, maybe hurricane relief for all the people Brown, Chertoff, W., and company hosed down in the Katrina debacle?

And maybe just do away altogether with the the White House Office of Ironic Staffing?
